Working with disgust is often an aspect of coming from withdrawal into hypo-response or hypo-arousal and back into outgoing energy.
Awakening and owning disgust has the capacity to support re-establishing of boundaries from deep within – and through that repair violations.
We will talk about the difference between anger and disgust – and why it matters to differentiate between them. Anger-work cannot do the job of disgust – and vice versa.
