Relational Traumatherapy is a psychomotor, neurocentric and systems-oriented approach. The name places the approach in the paradigm of Relational Psychotherapy, which holds a specific understanding of the relationship between therapist and client

In Relational Traumatherapy psychomotor and neurocentric skill-training is combined with mutual regulation through systems-oriented group-process and with training in a databased, verbal language. The 3 aspects are integrated into one methodology

The course has started and is do not accept new participants. A LEVEL 2 ONLINE COURSE. Relational Trauma therapy has specialised in including and normalising hypo-states and developing practical methods for working with these. As part of this process we discovered the importance of including and differentiating shame. We see working with shame as an essential part of working with trauma and dissociation. Working with shame and working with disgust are often interwoven and they both hold aspects of working with hypo-states. Finding a way to own our shame and finding ways out of shame is supported by awakening hypo-responsive parts of us. Please go to COURSE DESCRIPTION for more details about the course
